Trama
L'ex poliziotto Dave Burke, dimessosi dal corpo, decide di rapinare una banca nei pressi di New York. Per riuscire nel colpo ingaggia il disoccupato Earle, la sua fidanzata, e un cantante ridotto in rovina dal gioco. Il colpo riuscirà ma le diffidenze dovute alle diverse appartenenze razziali saranno tali da favorire la polizia.
