Trama
Il famoso acrobata Sebastian è assunto dal circo Bradley, con disappunto di Olly, stella dello spettacolo. Tra i due si crea una forte rivalità. Offeso dalle insinuazioni della sua rivale, Sebastian decide di fare il numero senza rete, ma cade e resta con un braccio paralizzato. Olly, pentita, cerca di farsi perdonare con il suo amore. Rutilante affresco circense firmato Cecil B. De Mille, pieno di colpi di scnea e tuttavia piuttosto statico. Oscar per il miglior film e per il soggetto.
