Trama
Un ricco collezionista di porcellane cinesi viene trovato morto all'interno del suo studio, chiuso a chiave. La polizia suppone si tratti di un suicidio, ma Philo Vance ritiene sia stato un omicidio, scoprendo come molte persone potessero desiderare la morte di un uomo così rude e prepotente.
