A resourceful entrepreneur decides to take a rather risky step - to turn the estate into... an amusement town called "Kinder-Ville" - a kind of Belarusian Disneyland! Everyone likes the idea, except for the oldest inhabitant of the house - the evil spirit of the wizard, who was buried in the basement for cruelty in ancient times.
