Synopsis
Les drames personnels et les interactions allant crescendo entre les 17 passagers, tout comme les conflits entre les cinq membres de l'équipage du vol de nuit Trans-Orient-Pacific n° 420 au départ de Honolulu et en direction de San Francisco. Peu après la moitié du parcours effectué, les passagers du vol sont subitement plongés dans une atmosphère tendue, angoissante et la vie se transforme en réelle épreuve pour chacun à bord à cause d'une défaillance technique de l'appareil...
