Synopsis
Juin 1940, suite au désastre de Dunkerque, l’armée britannique mobilise les civils pour leur apprendre le dur métier de soldat. Parmi eux, sept jeunes conscrits se retrouvent sous les ordres du lieutenant Jim Perry et du sergent Fletcher en charge de leur dispenser un entraînement intensif qui va durer des mois. A l’issu de celui-ci, les hommes seront envoyés sur le front. Seront-ils prêts à temps pour faire face à l’ennemi ?
